toottifrootti wrote: »Jo Hi honey and lovely to see you - thats great news about sis - and is Mum still coming too - how will you cope? You are going to have to be ruthless with the flinging but you will love the clutter free house!
Mum was still coming too, but not till the end of the year, but things kinda changed today. My Gran needs full time care now - she fell last night after my cousin left, and was there all night until the carers got there this morning. She had wet herself and the carers refused to help her change/clean herself as it wasnt their job if she had soiled herself and were going to just leave her. The warden called my aunt who went right round....anyway long story short, my Gran needs full time care now and my Mum is going to look after her. My mum lives in a three storey house and Gran couldnt cope with the stairs. So they are currently looking at the options.
As part of that though, my Gran knows my mum was planning to move to Wales and wants to come too now, possibly, as she obviously doesnt want to go into a home...... anyway enough waffle.
My house will be clutter free - but only till Nicki gets here..... :rotfl::rotfl:Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

Split seams are VERY common with the 'seconds' sold at TKMaxx..
Re the oven.. I find a cheese slice or knife to be absolutely vital in the oven cleaning process.. I use ovenmate which is also very good.. ok.. so i can't actually reach in the oven at the moment and had OH do it last time.

:rotfl:Well I was at a tag rugby tournament this afternoon in which Miss A was participating and of course I had to encourage her and the rest of the team
Now dosed up again! They did really well but alas did not win, some of the teams were a year older and had obviously been playing for a lot longer. Our team are new to the sport but are already aiming for the October tournament.
erm - no, we haven't been playing THAT much longer...:p But we did field a Y6 team!
Looks like I'll be spending my wedding anniversary with OH working and me recovering from the stress of interviews and catching up on cleaning the house
Tried to persuade him to go for a meal and he said why that day??? Duh!!!!Am watchin 'Oliver' with my little one and thought I would share this fab quote with you:
Child to Fagan: "These sausages are mouldy!"
Fagan to Child: "Shut up and drink your gin!"

That is THE MOST SOUND ADVICE I have ever heard...
I am back AND when I got in from work, after I ate my stupid tea (salad with spam because I had no sardines and I am not keen on tinned tuna) I washed my car and decluttered the garden of hedge clippings because MY 'BACK' NEIGHBOURS HAVE CUT THE LEYLANDII DOWN BY ABOUT 3 FOOT:T:T:T:T:T
seriously AnWs sorry about the tag rugby;)
lots to do so I shall have a gander at the listys...
I have a very excited class as both our wormery and our ant world are open for business. We have ONE ant though because SOMEONE *blush* left the lid off the ant world - I was in the school garden at 6pm trying to catch more. I caught 1 *roll eyes* but have left bait and will catch more on Monday;) (thank goodness for glace cherries...). Ants are right hard to catch.
After Green Gang hit the allotment though Worm World is in serious danger of being overcrowded;).
Had a bad afternoon though *SIGH* glad it's not me tomorrowDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
