hi everyone
I'm making (slow) progress!! Levels ones all done so far this week, with some level 2s creeping inAND I've done the oven AGAIN:eek::eek: it still isn't clean enough to put the liner down though
I've tried astonish and the Cif stuff (not together I hasten to add) and there's still concrete like crud on one side
Any ideas??
I went into town today to declutter something I bought 3 weeks ago from TKM@x which I only got round to trying on last night, doesn't fit. So I take it in, with the receipt, but apparently they have a 14 day limit on refunds :mad::mad: if the item isn't faulty.. so... do I suddenly need to find a fault with said item??
Hugs for everyone that needs them

Split seams are VERY common with the 'seconds' sold at TKMaxx..
Re the oven.. I find a cheese slice or knife to be absolutely vital in the oven cleaning process.. I use ovenmate which is also very good.. ok.. so i can't actually reach in the oven at the moment and had OH do it last time.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

I quite agree, I looked into doing employment law and tupe advice but even for the added benefit of karma and paying it forward ....well,. I shall stick to advising employers against treating people like dirt and thus (hopefully) prevent their employees being a burden on the over loaded CAB system.
I still haven't done the S&S of kitchen and cloackroom or anything to the DR, and I have work tomorrow. To be fair to my sister she stayed with us for a few weeks in the grotty , over crowded terrace with DS1 (age 1), DS2 (newborn) and temporary cripple DP and part time SSs - believe me she has seen us at our cluttered, dirty, whingey, sore (DP), tired and bad tempered worst.

Right, do I go to class tomorrow (where there will be an observer....so no English allowed....) or do I stay home and carry on with the ironing???????
Any advice.......
WM on again and sink filled with hot soapy water for the dishes. Dog in and fed and more rats spotted next door....need to re-e-mail the council......0 -
Thursday list is up... how has it got to Thursday so quickly??? I can't believe it is another week almost over!!.. the children have next week at school then are off for half term! They are SUPPOSED to be spending both weekends with KH.. but we shall see.. he will probably have 'made plans' just so he doesn't have to have them.
I want to get the junk shed emptied and tidied.. it would have got done today but it took so long to do the grass and there was so much washing .. must dispose of the big pool too.. it is stupidly big. There are allsorts if stuff in there I need to sort/fling
I need to clean out the playhouse as well.. though that will be being delegated to the children when they are off.. it is their mess!! One of the windows in it needs replacing too. Loads of the garden toys are too small or broken so need binning.. and the cat knocked the BBQ over and brok a wheel off so that can go too.. I will be needing a skip very soon looking at all the junk in my front.. though the broken bunks disappeared and were soon followed by the old mattress from DS3's pit.
Washing in off the line and folded.. some has been put away already and the children will do the rest tomorrow. DD3 changed her bed sheet.. despite screeching about it not being wet.. no, it had been wet and had dried by the time she go back in from school!! I'll have OH do the 2 littlies beds tomorrow and do everyones duvets too.
Best send OH off to shop as we have no bread or milk for breakfast.. nor do we have DS2's bus fare..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
