Anyone received simplify digital cashback??

I ordered the o2 broadband for £70 cashback via cheque on 12 Feb and the line was activated in 5 days but I've yet to receive the cashback. Anyone else got theirs?
It was on Martin's email so be surprised if they don't pay but thought they would be on time and wouldn't have to chase..
