they get paid from the manufacturer for warrenty repairs
I've taken loads of handsets there to be repaired as there is a repair centre down the road from me and their turn around is 4-24 hours usually!Yes Your Dukeiness

I can guarantee that wont help, no one in store is technically trained they will not be able to tell you anything about the fault and how/when/where it will be fixed as all faults are now dealt with by CSDarkConvict wrote: »Nonesense!
