From sky to virgin

Will I be better off if I move to virging media? I am currently paying £41 entertainement packs with sports pack and MUTV at £6. I am also on free talk and line with bt and pay BB £5 with sky but going up to £7.50 in September. Will I be better off with virgin, I do not want to take their phone line. Got a leaflet saying HD is free as will need to pay £10 subscription with sky. Do not mind having sky+hd but do not want to pay the full subscription. Thanks
