Having changed my HTC Desire for one of these lovely Google Nexus One phones I thought I would start a thread for fellow N1 users to post comments and their experiences.

I've had one since January. I bought it off of the Google web site when they were first released. I have rooted mine and am now running the Cyanogen ROM which gives far more functionality than the stock operating system. Of course, rooting voids your warranty!! However, it does give you lots more options for apps and operating systems. Lots of info here.0
