help with ryanair flights

    I got cut off after 50 minutes on hold and I can not start again as I am at work. Going to get the info for the mastercard at lunch and log in and see if the money has gone or not as that is how I suspect i will know if the booking has gone through or not.

    Jacquiesce did you use a pre paid Mastercard for your booking or something else?

    Littleoldme, I used my bank debit card, I checked on the way home from work on Friday at 6pm and the money hadn't been taken even though I did the booking before 3pm but when I checked this morning the money has came off twice. I thought it hadn't worked cos over 3 hours after the booking the money hadn't came off and I hadn't received a confirmation email, seems like the money came off on Saturday morning and I only received confirmation at 10am today!
    I have never had problems with Ryanair before and have 3 other trips booked with them for the next couple of months.
    Seems like the biggest problem is actually getting to talk to someone!!

    Well that was a wasted lunch break, 45 mins on hold then got cut-off!!
    Going to have to try again tomorrow morning..

    finally got thru:j 3hrs and forty minutes later, only to find my flights wasn't booked .so around twenty pound in calls and no flights :mad::mad::mad:

    Well done for being so patient. I can't afford to hold for that long.. but I know that I am definitely double booked now so need to speak to someone to try and get a refund. I love how they keep repeating your "estimated" hold time is 7 mins... they may as well say 7 seconds cos its a big lie!!

    That is the screen I was getting on Friday and thought the booking hadn't went through. I didn't have a reservation number or confirmation email and when I checked the Manage my booking it wasn't there 24 hours later however it is there now along with the flight I booked on Saturday that got confirmation instantly!
    If its going to cost me more that £20 to get through on the phone to get a refund its not worth it cos the flight was only £21. Might just take 2 seats on the plane!

    well I have just rebooked my flights and they went up in total £35, Im so annoyed, I make that at least £60 extra with the calls I really wish I hadnt booked now I didnt notice the prices had gone up grrrrrrrrr

    I hope that is everything sorted now for you though.. as I said I rebooked and have ended up with 2 bookings.
    I am flying down to London on Thursday and am going to go to the customer service desk in the airport, hopefully they can help me without me having to hang on the phone for hours.
