help with ryanair flights

I booked some flights with ryanair as far as I now everything went through ok but my prepaid card isnt showing any transactions, I have no emails and cant log into manage my bookings? I really dont want to leave it till the morning to phone customer services incase the flight prices go up. but also dont want to book again incase im double booking, does any1 have any advice on this for me? x

Sounds like the booking has not gone through. Normally get an email straight away from Ryanair with all the booking details once I book so doesn't sound good. Would have suggested an error with your email but the fact that the payment has also not been taken, it sounds like that an error has occoured. Quicker you confirm if that the booking booking failed the better!!0

I did a booking with them using a prepaid Mastercard on Saturday and the exact same happened to me. I know that normally you get an instant conformation but I assumed that it was due to using the Mastercard it took longer.0

I have tried to log into the website and it does not even recognise the reservation number so I fear the worst. I am braving the phones at the moment (:mad:) but with the airport closures at the moment on hold for ages but I suspect I will be told the reservation has not gone through!!

Best is to call the ryan air call centre dont leave it a minute later than you can.I had a similar problem a year ago but luckily it was during office hours so I called and it was settled in no time..except the only complaint I have is that you do have to wait a while before someone eventually answers .I was lucky to get a really courteous assistant who helped with my problem.0

Ryanair website kept crashing when I was trying to book a flight on Friday and the page said if in the middle of a booking I should wait a couple of hours before I tried to rebook.. I waited 24 hours and received no confirmation so I booked again on Saturday afternoon.. just received a confirmation this morning so I am now double booked because of their website problems:mad:
Does anyone have an email address I can use, just tried to phone from work but the estimated wait time is 20 mins! I hope they will refund it, I did what they said, in fact I waited longer than they advised and now I have 2 flight bookings!
Seems like there has been a few problems with Ryanair bookings recently, whats the update on yours? Any joy on getting through on the phones ?0 -

That is shocking! I presumed it would be a long wait on the phone because of the volcanic ash but that is crazy! I can't hold for that long using the work phone at 10p a minute and the call centre is only open till 5.45.
Am trying to find an email address, I remember someone posting one on the forum a while back but haven't managed to find it so far. If I find it I will post. Hope you send them a copy of your phone bill to refund!!
