iPhone messing about what can I do?

Took out a iPhone on contract with Orange 1 month ago, within a few days playing with it I knew something wasn't right as it crashed, had missed calls when had full signal etc, so Orange told me to send it back, sent it back got a replacement a couple of days later which was all scuffed and had dead pixels on screen, contacted Orange saying this wasn't good enough as my iPhone was brand new and I did not want some battered replacement, sent it back got another iPhone, looked like new this one, but its as bad as the first, On Thursday it wouldn't make a noise when receiving a call or message and no it wasn't on silent, so had to restore it, on Friday the damn thing wiped my entire music collection, I went into iPod it said updating library then I get "No music" it had cleared my entire collection so had to restore again, Now this morning we get

I phone can not be synced an unknow error has occurred 13019

I'm getting very !!!!!! of with this, This month 1, I have 23 more to go. After searching this issues on google it seems they are all fairly common.

What can I do? I think I have had my fill of iPhones, I want a HTC legend or Desire

Out of interest where did you send it back to? Pretty sure it would go straight back to Apple rather than Orange. Why don't you find your nearest Apple store and book an appointment, they'll probably replace it there and then

if i were you i would either go down to your local orange shop with the phone and demand a brand new one as it has been a problem since day one,or have a look at this site and find out you local apple shop they normally have a look and change them for you once fault is confirmed (so long as it is not a software issue)

    http://www.apple.com/uk/support/iphone/

not sure it is a common problem i had a 3g on o2 for 18 months and have had my 3gs for 6 months and not had any problems as yet.

If a phone goes faulty within 28 days it is not fit for purpose and should be replaced with a new handset.

If the phone is still not working get in touch with consumer direct (customer facing side of trading standards)

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
