i know what you mean about the money situation, thats why i cancelled my order even though i have the screenshot.
i hope they sort it out soon, it never fails to amaze me how companies can take your money instantly but when it comes to refunds it can be anything up to about 10 working days!

Again if you cant afford to lose it for a couple of weeks then you should not really be taking the gamble, also it is not the retailer that holds your money it is your bank..................................

i've just had 51 wipes turn up substituted, no problem i thought when he showed me reciept as they were still huggies brand. Wasn't until he'd gone that i notice no bogof deal. Full price charged so DH rings cs to be told no offer on them for our delivery date so if we want to return them have to make another order or take back to store and i'm going to loose my original postage charge. Any ideas?
I'm stuck with 51 packs of wipes i wouldn't really have chosen as they are the new everyday huggies wipes and £44 down :(

Sorry but I feel NO symathy whatsoever for you, you deserv everything you get 50 packs of wipes there is one workd for that and this greed, like so many on this board...................

    Hold up lol

Some of us who take little gambles and have to keep a tight ship, where the gambles can occasionally make us say ouch, do it so we never have to be in debt?

If your considering a Debt Relief Order, then I will not be asking for your financial advice.

Why do you seem to be relishing others misfortune?
