Hi there - this is my first post so apologies if anything's wrong. I did my order last week when I saw the BOGOF and still £1 offer - so 50p a pack - mine arrived this morning and they have charged me £2.49 per pack - I only ordered 6 but still £15 for what should have been £3 !!

I'd really appreciate the screen shot as when I rung customer service they didn't seem to know anything about the offer and suggested I take them back to a store!!

the screenshot i have is of my basket containing beans, spaghetti and wipes. all the offers and dates are shown next to the items.
if you think this could be of use to you then pm me with your email address as i will need to send the file as an attachment.
i wish i'd left my order now, i found out this morning how much my car will cost to fix (and the fix bit is a maybe!) and went into a bit of a strop lol!

Ok for some reason tesco has cancelled my order. CS said there was problem with the payment which is very strange as there is definitely enough, even if the offer didn't work. CS said to ring in the morning but I don't know if I'll bother as they've already found one reason to stop the order.


Just to add - has anyone had these wipes deliverd with the double offer without a problem?

The offer is also not showing on mine now either and my delivery is not due until tmrw evening.

I would really appreciate a copy of this screenshot as I didnt think to take a screenshot, infact I dont even know how lol. Lesson learned. I will drop you a pm I hope that is ok.

Thanks, I'll see how I feel in the morning. I've won before when they have messed up and had plenty of vouchers and free deliverys. Mine tend to mix up orders and I once got a lucky bag (a carrier full of mccain and other branded frozen goodies) There was no ID sticker on it so was no point in reporting it. I had things missing and random finds in my bags.
CS has always been pretty good with me to sort out whatever problem (I know not everyone gets the good CS though).
