3 people have pmd me for screenshots and i have just sent those 3 people a screenshot via email.
apologies for the delay- i was trying to look into posting the file on the web somewhere to make access to it easier but i ended up getting all confused about which one to go for. sometimes the web can have a bit too much info when you are new to something!

Well just had my order delivered and sure enough the beans and huggies wipes bogof discounts didnt come off.

The wipes werew substituted so he said thats why discount didnt come off (we know better lol) so he agreed to refund that no probs but was very reluctant to refund on the beans as he said he was struggling to find that discount anywhere on his system.

Well of course I piped up I have a copy of my order right in front of me here and can assure you it says £2.16 bogof would you like to see it? Of course he then said ok I will refund you so result :-) one happy bunny

Thanks again to fazeypie for the screenshot

i've just had 51 wipes turn up substituted, no problem i thought when he showed me reciept as they were still huggies brand. Wasn't until he'd gone that i notice no bogof deal. Full price charged so DH rings cs to be told no offer on them for our delivery date so if we want to return them have to make another order or take back to store and i'm going to loose my original postage charge. Any ideas?
I'm stuck with 51 packs of wipes i wouldn't really have chosen as they are the new everyday huggies wipes and £44 down :(

mine came half an hour ago - I also had substitutes altogether 3 different sorts of huggies I phoned and explained that they should have been £1 and BOGOF and was told no problem they would procress a refund of the difference straight away. On line it said offer was until 8th June. I would phone again - on the plus side beans and spaghetti order also came and was priced correctly.

Order delivered last night - beans and spaghetti were BOGOF but my baby wipes didn`t go through as BOGOF even though all were Natural care.
Rang CS this morning but he couldn`t find deal on system so would have to send screenshot which Fazey Pie emailed me.
Might try CS in store as am going there today.
  • Our order came Monday. No BOGOF on the 22 packs of wipes. Rang and complained and said it did not state offer would not be available on our chosen delivery date. I said it had gone from the website too, so I could not see it now.

The SA was a but reluctant, but then said he would credit our account back with the overcharge. Received my email saying money will be credited back to my account.

    Thanks Mr T.

I was very polite and nice the to SA and pretended I was a bit thick. I just kept reapeating, the web site didn't say it was not valid for the delivery date. I didn't know it would not be valid etc., I thought they would be BOGOF, I kept saying.

I am not a happy bunny - last night when wipes arrived no BOGOF I phoned them and they said they would sort it out and refund me the money so thought everything okay. Today husband had phonecall while I'm at work saying they were never on BOGOF basically said I was lying and I wasn't getting a refund. I have now phoned them again and they said if I could e-mail them a screen shot they will honour it so could a kind person pm me and I will pm you my e-mail address so I can sort it out. Many Thanks in advance
