Update: I wrote an email of complaint on Sunday, got an automated response and then a text this morning to say my iphone was in its way back to the store-I called to see if it had been repaired or what and was informed: "Eh I dunno, wait and see when the store call you to collect if it works or not!!" Ok....cheers!! And this was supposed to be their complaint line, customer service just keeps getting better. If it hasn't been repaired and the button (They lost) replaced Ive to call him back.0

First I've ever heard of a complaint line - and I worked in Customer Services for a year.
Complaints were always directed (in writing) to the Higher Level Complaints department.....0 -
Maybe thats why they were zero help then!! if you were in customer services what do you suggest??0

Sorted, received a new (not refurbished) 3G S this morning. With a letter of apology from the 'Complaint Review Service Team' which was who I referred to in a previous post! Thanks for your help!:j0
