elfen - I've not forgotten about the Dr who CDs - they've not arrived yet. It says up to 28 days for delivery so could be a few more weeks yet.

Hmm, I don't ever go to southampton.

I will let you know when the CDs arrive. DH will have a nice surprise when they do as it is going to be weeks and weeks since I ordered them so he will not be expecting them.

But I wanted them to come straight away so he could listen to them. We are not always good at being patient. :o

The MSE way is to be patient tho, as the cheapest way is not always the quickest. You need to be more organised I think to maximise the benefits.

I think I need to review my present buying tho - I have two large plastic storage boxes full in the front room. When we get the car parts out and I can reach them properly, I think I need to do a good stock check and list everything in there so I can think about whether to resist charity shop bargains.

Mind you, at least I am only spending a few quid and I am covering my gift giving, so the savings are very MSE.

claire - if in July we both have beads that aren't the ones we like, we could swap some photos and bring some to the July meet in Bristol and see if we want to swap any IYSWIM? I'm just thinking I might have ones you would use.

sounds good to me, we could teach the others how to make it :)
