Ames - It is happy in my cupboard until July - I shall dust round it ;):D

A thread might be a good idea - keep us organised and we can subscribe to it. Might even be worth looking to see if there are any cheap travelodge rooms on saturday night then some of us could room share the night before.

  • :rotfl: Ever the MSE.... I have just planned our route home, past a shop I want to visit to save the £3.95 delivery charge. I only want a max of £5 worth of goods (to try) so paying out that kind of delivery didn't make any sense. MSE to the core :j

elfen - good strong thinking. Go you. Is there anything in particular you need that we might have going spare?

Hi Katsu, hi everyone, hope you're all having a good weekend :)

Katsu, I just checked my latest email from Travelodge and there are no £19 rooms available around the Bristol area for that date, I have a feeling it won't be easy to get a cheap rate as july is peak season and a Saturday night to boot - but.......who knows!

Good for you pap. I drive to town and only park in free parking, so get the MSE exercise getting to the shops from the out of the way places and rush round faster to get back to my 1/2hr spot :D

There is a travelodge way out of town (near me) which maybe cheaper but it will require a bus ride from town, its direct but about 40min. Don't know if that is suitable or not? Has Ames got somewhere to stay, does anyone know?

ETA, don't worry its only £5 cheaper which will wipe out any savings, damn!

Greaseproof paper so I can make sure the sausages don't get stuck together, a kettle and some pillows/cushion

elfen - I have some good condition cushions spare (if I still have them upstairs). Where is your new place?
