Tesco pay monthly iPhone - Useage tracking question

Question to anyone on an iPhone pay monthly plan with Tesco's - how the eck do you check how much data you've used, texts you've sent or minutes used? I've logged into my account via Tesco's and the info they give me is as useful as a chocolate teapot. I know there is a useage section on the iPhone itself but the data includes wi-fi useage and also calls received time which I don't want to know.
I've tried downloading an app from iTunes called Consume which supposedly would give me all the info I need. It does say that it supports Tesco pay monthly accounts but it doesn't appear to be working for me (I'm awaiting them to get back to me).
Was just wondering if I'm missing something blindingly obvious here ?????

If you look in the iPhone usage, the section that says Cellular Network usage does NOT include wifi and is mobile data usage only.
Can't help with texts / calls though.0 -

I'm in the same boat. On your Tesco online account it only shows data usage in terms of time and not size.
I know I have used 55 minutes of Wap browsing / mobile internet , but I dont have a clue to the volume of data used.
My phone decided to spat its data log out, so I dont have a clue.0 -
Well I emailed customer services asking them and this is the reply I got. I bet they didn't manage to keep a straight face as they were typing it !!!!!!

I am sorry that you are unsure of your GPRS usage for last month.
I have looked into your account and I can see the total amount of usage showing on your bill is 75:35. Unfortunately, our system currently shows your internet usage as volume, rather than how much data you have actually used. This will hopefully be resolved shortly, but in the mean time we have a way of working it out.
We take the figure which is shown before the colon, which in this case is 75, multiply this by 60 and then divide this by 1024. Then we add the figure after the colon to work out the number of mb’s you have used this month.
So for this month you have used:
75 x 60 = 4500
4500 / 1024 = 4.39453125
4.39453125 + 35 = 39.39453125
Roughly, you have used around 39MB of data. I do apologise for the current way to work it out, but I assure you that this will soon be changed.
