Realising My Asset

Apparently, as a house owner I have made a fortune through my great intelligence and foresight to decide to buy many years ago. I would now like to get my hands on this pile of money and wondered what the best to go about it was. Please bear in mind I don't want to leave the house as it is my home, and I would have nowhere to live. I just want the money that my fantastic decision has made me.

I don't want to leave the house. I understand it has made a lot of money, which is mine. I certainly don't need anyone helping with the gardening.

You could use a sale and rent back scheme, I hear they have an excellent reputation.

I don't want to rent my own house!! That would be madness!!! No, I just want to 'take profits' as I believe they call it. Everyone else seems to have made a fortune, so I thought, as I was a little bit bored this evening, I thought why not take some profits and have a bit of a good time buying stuff.

But it's almost as if the extra money I have is an illusion.

You can still stay in the house. Just have to make some space amongst the cannabis plants.

What cannabis plants? There's nothing like that here. We did have an aspidistra, but it died.

Hey Exocet.......when the mind starts whirling around with all sorts of new ideas, schemes and plots, I would recommend a Megamalmer_drum.gif....drum it out session.
