Wrt section 75 and paypal....try it; the response differs for different ccs's.

Oh and this one arrived before the one posted above. I don't like the wordings as it sounds like they will hold me to ransome if they deem it was accidently damaged, which it was certainly not!

I have been reviewing your file and can see you are confused about the warranty details of your television.
[FONT="]All products sold by us come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The period and coverage of this warranty is defined by the product purchased and the brand. [/FONT]
[FONT="]Normally, you will have one year warranty with the manufacturer and one year with Pixmania. In the event that you have problems within the second year, we ask that you return the product to us and we will send it to either our technicians or the manufacturer for testing.[/FONT]
[FONT="]In all cases, PIXMANIA will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc.) [/FONT]
[FONT="]In the event where the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer. Administrative fees will be requested if payment for the estimate is not made. [/FONT]
[FONT="] Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for our costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only.[/FONT]

this miracle [pi55mania sorting something out] will be due 100% to the set manufacturer and have nothing whatsoever to do with cr4pmania.
