A bit late but only just started doing this again and all going to plan so far :) Breakfast every day will be either cereal & fruit or toast and jam, except Sun when we'll have a brunch with a HM smoothie, followed by eggs, bacon, beans etc.

Lunches either HM soup and HM bread or sarnies with fruit for DH and me.

Sat - Smoked Haddock Kedgeree & Wedges
Sun - Cottage Pie, Spring Cabbage, Green Beans & Gravy
Mon - Herb Crumbed Cod, Wedges & Garlicky Mushy Peas
Tue - Quorn & Veg Dhansak Curry & Bulgar Wheat
Wed - Sausage & Mushroom Casserole & Wedges
Thu - Chilli, Bulgar Wheat & HM Corn Bread (If I can find an easy recipe for the bread!)
Fri - Sweet n Sour Chicken & Egg Fried Rice

Intention is to make extra portions of the meals on tue, thu and fri for the freezer. Also need to make sure I bake bread for the sarnies and soup every night and make some muffins, cake and scones for snacks and pack ups.

Just recovering from a lot of visitors - they left on Thursday and I have been improvising since because I don't want to go to the shops until I have next week's plan sorted out. It was/is as follows at the moment:

Thu - pasta with asparagus & prawns in a cream sauce, salad
Fri - turkey 'Hawaii' style on brown rice
Sat - tortilla beany bake, salad
Sun - chorizo & chick pea stew, rocket & lambs lettuce salad
    Mon - kedgeree, cucumber salad
Tues - organic veal roast in SC, madeira sauce, braised chicory, HM wedges or chips
Wed - pasta in lime-peanut sauce
    Thur - salade nicoise

Hope to be quicker off the mark next meal-planning round - see you then!

    Hello Picklepud! :hello:

I don't know if you've found it now, but the current thread is here - it only started this morning which is why you couldn't find it when you looked yesterday.

    HTH. :)
Back after a very long break!
