    Hi everyone

Again, slightly guessing here as no idea what the weekend will bring food-shopping wise, but here goes!

Friday - cottage pie made with spicy beans

Sunday 16th - OH's parents coming over so a smorgasboard of delights!

Tuesday - late night at work but food provided :)
Wednesday - pasta and tomato sauce
Thursday - I'm going back to my parents for the weekend so OH will fend for himself if he's not out drinking!

Subject to change - as usual!

I have 4lbs left to lose for my goal weight and it would be fab if it was in time for DD's 1st birthday to make it a nice neat year! So I must remember to be iron-willed for the next week or so ;)

Breakfasts Mine and DH's will by muesli with almonds/I might have WM toast with peanut butter and slice of tomato, both followed by a banana.

I can make some pancakes at the weekend if anyone fancies them.

Snack am: Apple and cornish wafers

    Lunches
Mine will be big salads, possibly with slice of WM bread or rye crispbread
    - Sandwiches/HM wraps with bean/lentil pate, avocado, peanut butter, yeast extract, jam. With/without pickles, chutneys, salad.
    - Scones
    - Cheeze on toast
    All usually with salad.

Snack pm: Cream crackers with nuts/peanut butter and yeast extract, and carrot.

    Dinners
Sat: Tapas - Cannelinni, Smoked Sausage and Garlic Stew, Creamy Garlic Mushrooms, Baguette, Olives and Salad
Sun: Sausage and Veg Casserole with Peas and Mash. Coconut Ice Cream.
(Tea) Bread and butter. Crisps. Apple Pie.

Wed: Thai Green Sweet Potato and Veg Curry with Naan and Avocado Salad
Thu: Crispy Tofu Fingers with HM Oven Chips and Peas
Fri: Cashew and Veg Stir Fry with Brown Rice
(LM sausage rolls, pasta etc in for emergency teatimes ;) )

Puds can be fruit or a cheeky square (or two) of dark choc

Girls' supper is usually porridge, toast or banana depending on rest of the day
Love and compassion to all x

    Monday
    Lunch: sandwich
    Dinner: spag bol

    Tuesday
    Lunch: sandwich
Dinner: chicken casserole and a crusty roll

    Wednesday
    Lunch: sandwich
Dinner: salmon with mash and peas. Probably stick some dill and lemon juice over the fish in the pan to make a sort of sauce. Ooh *adds a lemon to shopping list*

    Thursday
    Lunch: sandwich
Dinner: 'Spanish Chicken Tonight' and rice. Bad me, I can easily make a sauce myself that tastes pretty much the same as the jar one, but just no room to freeze the excess if I do it at the moment :o

    Friday
Lunch: leftover chicken in sauce and rice
Dinner: bean chilli with garlic bread

    Saturday
Lunch: toast with cheese spread, must resist later visit to a Greggs
Dinner: sausage, egg, chips and beans. Going to try making my own oven chips for the first time!

    Sunday
Lunch: "chunky vegetable soup". Actually another chicken casserole portion, only there were too many veggies in it so I've got to use up as a soup the couple of portions with no chicken pieces!
    Dinner: tuna salad

Edit: Crikey that came out long! And now it's even longer... shutting up now.

Not doing plan as such this week, BH has 3 days off mid-week and have no idea what's going on, so will be making do with HM freezer meals, whatever is in the fridge and hopefully a couple pub lunches :D

Had to have a peek in tho, 'tis a must! :rotfl:

    Chickpea and chorizo stew
Chickpea and veg curry - no recipe - bung it all in whatever curry you fancy!
chickpea burgers - I've not cooked this one - but looks similar to one I have - if you do a search there are various recipes!
    a tagine of some description!

    hope that helps!
