Tuesday

Dinner: salmon with mash and peas. Probably stick some dill and lemon juice over the fish in the pan to make a sort of sauce. Ooh *adds a lemon to shopping list*
Thursday
Lunch: sandwich
Dinner: 'Spanish Chicken Tonight' and rice. Bad me, I can easily make a sauce myself that tastes pretty much the same as the jar one, but just no room to freeze the excess if I do it at the moment
Friday
Lunch: leftover chicken in sauce and rice

Saturday
Lunch: toast with cheese spread, must resist later visit to a Greggs
Dinner: sausage, egg, chips and beans. Going to try making my own oven chips for the first time!
