My opinion (again), an extra 180Gb is in no way worth anywhere near £50.
I would take the saving and be happy (even if they didn't send a replacement).
It is far too easy buying IT to pay that little bit more money for the higher spec, then a little bit more for an even higher spec.... then a litle bit more....etc etc.
Before you know it you have doubled your budget.

I've just spoken with dell customer service who are insisting that they will send an engineer to replace the hard disk. I've refused and asked them for a laptop replacement.
They are gonna carry out an investigation supposedly and get back to me. I think that I may be in for a long ride....0
