She went last night to try and collect them about 7.00 but the whole place was closed up so she is away down to the SECC at the moment to try and collect them (in her lunch hour). Will let you know soon how she gets on.

    Hi Buybee

Just to let you know, when my mate went to the box office, she handed her card over and there was nothing there for her either.

The guy had to call the SECC's Call Centre (Wherever that is) where someone printed them and brought them down for her. She had to show her card again and sign for them.

She did say it took a wee while waiting for them though - oh and she said there were loads of people collecting their tickets today so she isn't sure if you could only collect them from today onwards or if a lot of people have all bought them within the last day or two.

    Hope you get your okay.

  • Guys, just to let you know - I'm an 'Inner Sanctum' member and I got my tickets at 8.55am on day of sale last November. I am going to the Leeds gig next Saturday (9th Sept) and my tickets still haven't turned up.

My boyfriend was the account manager for the company who actually printed all the tickets and he sent them to the promoter probably something like 2 months ago!!!

He spoke to the promoter today and they know nothing about the tickets purchased from the website. They suggested I contact Robbie Williams Customer Care immediately as they shouldn't be holding back on the tickets. All the talk of trying to discourage touts isn't going to work - touts won't be put off by that.

Having heard nightmare stories from people who went to see Take That who never got their tickets, were told to turn up and pick them up at the venue only to find they didn't have any I am getting very scared!

Anyway, I've sent them a furious email tonight saying it's just not good enough! I'll let you know when (if :rotfl:) I get a response as I have done quite a lot of name dropping about knowing the printer and the promoter!

  • just some info - for the reader who wants to take a picnic - have a look at the National Bowl Milton Keynes website - the restriction on food - is NO FOOD at all and a little to drink - no alcohol - doesn't appear to be the picniccy site like Knebworth was. As for the Golden Circle - at Knebworth the Golden Circle was a first come first served event, but this time I have spoken to people who paid for seated accommodation at Wembley and these have been transferred to the Golden Circle - so there doesn't appear to be much point for the race for the front at Milton Keynes. I am taking a fold up chair for £5, so I can sit on it whilst I wait for the gates to open around 2pm and will just dump it before I leg it to the front - can't wait so excited.
Food and Smellies Shop target £50 pw - managed average of £49 per week in 2013 down to £38.90 per week in 2016
