Hi, I wonder if you folks can help.

I read the post regarding RW tickets in november 05, joined the inner sanctum and bought 4 tickets for leeds on fri 8th sep.

However since then computer with saved reference numbers, purchase receipts contact numbers etc died! (not backed up - D'oh!)

HAve other people who bought pre release tickets thru the inner sanctum received their tickets for this gig

Also can anyone give me the telephone number for the ticket agent that sold the ticks thru the inner sanctum? otherwise unless they arrive this week, I'm stuffed

I'm seeing Robbie on friday and the tickets didn't come until the middle of last week.

im sure i read that they can come as late as 5 days before the concert and not to contact them until then. I have got some of my tickets (brought through ticketmaster), although am waiting for 2 more.

This is the email I received on 11th August from Robbie's customer care team.

Dear Customer,
We know that you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your tickets for the Robbie Williams Concerts in Leeds on 8th and 9th of September and we do apologise for the slight delay in dispatch.

Please rest assured that tickets will be dispatched to the address above between 22nd August and 4th September.

You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. This email will also contain details of the tracking number and how to trace your package.

If you have still not received your tickets by Wednesday 6th September and have used the tracking methods contained within your email then please contact our support centre by email on [EMAIL="customercare@rwtickets.com"]customercare@rwtickets.com[/EMAIL].

So far no email and no tickets, keeping fingers crossed.

I've received mine from seetickets, but not the ones I ordered through ticketmaster (which were ordered before seetickets!)

I'm gonna be dead if they dont arrive heh

There's a great site called Scarlet Mist. For people who genuinly can't use their own tickets and therefore want to redeem the money they have spent, it is mainly non profit. Thanks to everyone for replying so speedily. I am sort of reassured by others' experiences.
I'm using all the tickets for me my wife and my sister and brother in law, but was worried that we werent going to waste days off work and cause disappointment etc
