    Basically letters send on Friday from ticket office are sent too late usually after 7pm to catch Friday mail. Saturday does not count for special delivery and so even though they are posted on Friday as far as Royal Mail rules go Monday is the official delivery date so therefore they will show up tonight around 10pm on their system. For me because of the holiday something posted on a Friday special delivery was delivered on a Wednesday and the Royal Mail didn't break any rules.

    This brings up the who question as to why Robbie Williams doesn't send out tickets until late on a Friday knowing full well that they won't hit us until Tuesday. I do feel given the extra we had to pay that we are being royally badly dealt with.

    Thanks for that. It kinds of gives me a little reassurance that they may actually arrive tomorrow.

    I feel angry too. I joined the Robbie site specifically to get my tickets and to receive them early. Cant believe we're waiting so many months on and having a last minute panic on our hands.

    Fingers crossed the tickets all arrive tomorrow. Seeing as the post round my area is particularly bad (and late in arriving) could anyone who receives their tickets tomorrow please post this on this thread.

  • I've just checked my tickets on the Royal Mail site again and the message has been updated. It now says

    We have received your item and expect to deliver it before the guaranteed time on 12/09/06.

  • This is getting really annoying now. I'm going on saturday and joined inner sanctum specially to get the tickets, paid for in november - still not received!

    I've had an email this morning with a tracking number saying they are sent and tried track and trace on the RM website, which isnt working. My OH is a manager at RM and he has checked on their works system and found they haven't even sent it yet (or the RM system hasnt picked it up but I know whats more likely given the whole deal with the tickets!).

    I think Robbie Customer services is in for a heated phone call later today! Do we know an addy to write to to complain about the whole thing? I know a few ppl who might want to do it!
  • I received my tickets today for the Friday show. I guess you'll get yours tomorrow. The tracking system wasnt working til about 10pm for me last night so I would suggest you try after that tonight.

    I am also a disgruntled Inner Sanctum member who feels let down as I am still waiting for my MK tickets.

    My question is does anyone know about re-newing membership to the Inner Sanctum fan club as I seem to remember it said that it would take the £25 payment automatically after twelve months to renew?!?

    If this is the case I am going to cancel ASAP as it was a waste of time as I ordered other tickets for friends from Ticketmaster and they arrived well early!

    I don't remember reading that, I hope it's not true as I certainly won't be renewing mine. It's been a complete waste of money! :mad: I got my tickets for Roundhay 2 days before the event, what a joke!!
  • Still Nothing........extremely frustrated...the money i have spent going to see robbie over teh years i feel completely let down.

    Inner sanctum - priveleged services...yeah right!!!

    Can anyone confirm teh annual renewal for inner sanctum is an automatic Credit card verification...if so on mass we should all cancel???

    Outrageous...and now teh royal mail website is crashing...I wonder why...nice one Robbies guys!!

    Well, I got my tickets for this Friday this morning (at last) but I, for one, will definitely not be renewing my subscription. An absolute shambles. A strongly worded letter of complaint will be winging it's way to the RW Fan Club next week !!!
  • Sent my cancellation in with a nice long letter and copied in The Sun newspaper!!!
  • for those still waiting for their tickets I believe the robbie customer services number has a recorded messege on saying to wait until tomorrow and if they havent been received by 1pm to give them a ring then.

    The RM website is crashing? Thats because theres 65,000 fans a day checking their tickets!
