CALL 01926 884530. for assitance...take no crap and emand a tracker number...although its not registered with Royal mail im hioping it will be tomorrow. They fob you off by saying teh tickets were sent out late on FRiday night!!

Just saw the 01926 number and as someone who lives in Warwickshire I know thats based in the Leamington Spa/Warwick area .... I wonder if the tickets are based there and anyone lives near enough to march down the office and collect their tickets ... just a thought.

Anyway I hope you all get your tickets in time and have a fabulous time at the concerts.

I also tried for ages this morning on the 0870 number. Was calling from 8.45 til 11.00 am and finally got through to be told they were sent on Friday. I said I never got a confirmation email and they said it was sent. I finally got an email this morning around 11 am ish. I've checked the tracking number but nothing is coming up on the royal mail site although they said to try after 4.00 pm as RM arent updating til after then.

I'm going on Saturday so hope to god they arrive soon - I'm supposed to be sending 2 tickets out to a friend.

Oh and 01926 is Leamington/Warwick cos I live in the same town. I believe it's just a PO Box address though otherwise I would be there knocking down the door lol.

Just tried Royal Mail tracking again and there is still no sign of my tickets on there. The message there reads :

"Special Delivery™ 9am items are first tracked when they reached our mail centre. This may be late in the evening on the day the item was sent.

Information on your item is not yet available online. "

If the tickets were sent on Friday, as I think the RW people are suggesting, then surely they should have made it to a mail centre by now ????

The same message came up when I tried. They did say though that Royal Mail havent updated their site or something so to try after 4pm. Have just tried again and still the same message.

Self same thing happened to me for Hampden tickets except that the Monday was a bank holiday just to make matters worse.

Basically letters send on Friday from ticket office are sent too late usually after 7pm to catch Friday mail. Saturday does not count for special delivery and so even though they are posted on Friday as far as Royal Mail rules go Monday is the official delivery date so therefore they will show up tonight around 10pm on their system. For me because of the holiday something posted on a Friday special delivery was delivered on a Wednesday and the Royal Mail didn't break any rules.

This brings up the who question as to why Robbie Williams doesn't send out tickets until late on a Friday knowing full well that they won't hit us until Tuesday. I do feel given the extra we had to pay that we are being royally badly dealt with.

Last few Robbie tickets. Golden circle for the 14th.. Guess you'll have to get them from the box office on the day.
