Still no tickets!!
Paid £25 to join Inner Sanctum - yet had 1 other ticket bought from Ticketmaster for a good couple of months.
Track and trace number is not working - phone Royal Mail and they said it should have been logged on their system last night and tickets arrived this morning.
RW Tickets Customer Care helpline engaged constantly..... finally got through to be told their management are in a meeting with Royal Mail at moment to try and sort Track and Trace problem out. I have to wait until 1pm tomorrow to see if they come - or "other arrangements will be made".....
I am getting sooooooooooooooooooo stressed. We are travelling up early and making a long weekend of it.... had hotel paid for since last November....
Anyone got any advice for me?

i got a text message from a courier co re my seetickets order - apparently they tried to deliver and wanted me to go online to arrange redelivery - odd seeing as the doorbell hasnt gone all day!0

Bought my tickets for the 9th in November, had an email saying they had been despatched yesterday, no tickets arrived today and the Royal Mail has no information on the track and trace number they gave me.
Has anyone managed to get any sense from the Customer Services number about what will happen if the tickets don't come. I am travelling to leeds on Friday and if I haven't got the tickets by then???? (to scarey to think about)

I've been told the same as you guys, that track and trace isnt working and that RW.com are in emergency meeting with Royal Mail! How useful that track and trace isnt working, if ever there was an opportunity for tickets to go missing this has got to be it.
Rang again about 10 minutes ago to check progress as got despatch email yesterday at 4pm, they said my tickets left yesterday at 10:24am BUT they are coming by RECORDED DELIVERY. I am VERY annoyed. I've always been told on the other 6 phone calls I've made that they come by Special Delivery, in which case they would have been here today at 1pm.
I have got to post the tickets to a friend in time for Saturday- it is a complete joke. Theres no guarantee tickets will be here tomorrow and the last possible time I can post them with guaranteed next day delivery is tomorrow at 4:30pm.
I imagine alot of fans are going to both the Friday and Saturday concerts and are travelling tomorrow. I cant believe that the people who paid £25 to join the fan club are getting the worst possible treatment.
It's all a complete shambles. People who joined the fan club were meant to get the best tickets yet part of the best available Gold tickets were allocated to agencies. I'd have been better off saving my £25 and going straight through Ticketmaster whos website is very speedy. All a con to make the fan club an extra £25.
Surely there must be grounds for claiming if you have got accomodation booked and the tickets havnt arrived as the original agreement stated that tickets would be despatched FOUR WEEKS prior to the concerts and to get them just 48 or even 24 hours before is highly unreasonable, I feel anyway.
ANOTHER day waiting in the house tomorrow for my tickets to arrive then.....0 -
RW customer service rang me earlier (17.35) & said if the tickets dont come tomorrow they will re-issue them & leave at the box office at the venue for pick up. I just have to give the names of the people picking them up.
I cant get track & trace to work either & I have tried phoning R mail & they couldnt find it on the system anywhere.0 -

My tickets were posted 10:24am Tuesday so they should be here today in time for Saturday shouldnt they???
I think for RW.com to say they'll cancel any tickets that havnt arrived and reissue them for collection at the box office is a nightmare- you should have seen the box office queues at MK recently, theres no way I want to get involved in doing that.
Anyone else still waiting for tickets for this Friday/Saturday?????0 -
