im still waiting on some and when i called seetickets (and finally got through) they said they can be dispatched up to 5 days before the concert
is it me or is this REALLY poor i brought them as a gift - they should send them when you have paid for them!! they took my money quite happily!0 -
I think the delays are because of some ebayers who obviously only intent is for profit at the expense of customers
I no early this year it took 10 months to get tickets to see Depeche mode back in Feb, and when I enquired they told me because of ebayers who exploit punters0 -
Well, if it makes you feel any better, and you will ALL get your tickets one way or anouther, we went to see him in Vienna and the show is FANTASTIC! Ive seen pretty much all of the big acts around, and Robbie kills them all for showmanship and enjoyment! You will LOVE this show! : ) Seeing him and Milton Keynes...and no...I dont have my tickets yet!!0

FWIW I sent a snotty email to them yesterday and they replied just after midnight to say all tickets were dispatched last night (this is for 9th @ Leeds).
I haven't had any tracking email though

I too paid £25 for Innner Sanctum last year and bought 4 tickets, at the same time as my friend for the concert on 9th September Leeds.
They got the despatch confirmation email early this morning but I have had nothing.
I emailled customercare but no reply.

I rang customer services today (landline number is 01926 884530) & was told they had until 12 today to get all tickets posted out.
I've not got mine or an e-mail to say they have been posted though!

Looks like we are all being told slightly different things! I rang this morning and was told that ALL remaining tickets for Leeds were despatched at 12:30am this morning and would HOPEFULLY arrive by Thursday!
I am really angry, I've sold my tickets to a friend of a friend (for face value) as we decided to go to MK as it was nearer to home. I've got to post them to them in time for Saturday, nightmare.
Can anyone confirm are they sent by Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery? I was told by RW helpline it was SD but surely if they were posted at 12:30am this morning they should be here by 1pm Wednesday?
BTW I still havnt had despatch email either. Apparently in alot of cases the tickets are arriving before the emails get sent- so I was advised anyway! What an organised system. Just hope the concerts are better organised than they were when I saw TT earlier this year.0 -

They are sent by special delivery & should arrive before 1pm. Are you sure they didnt mean 12.30 pm today? I've just spoken to cs & they said all remaining tickets will be sent out today so they should all be received by 1pm tomorrow at the latest.0
