How are the chickens doing Linda?

Hellooooo Bookie  still enjoying the new job?

The chickens are very happy! I let them free range round the garden when I'm home which they LOVE!

They very quickly found the veg patch, took over an empty corner and have made it their own dirt bath, some pics & vids on facebook :T

I could not have got it in today without you Luc. It feels fantastic to be free of it - I'm in a hotel again with work next week and I can use the swimming pool, or even go for a walk, or lie in bed. I won't have to have a pile of books in my suitcase. I can actually "enjoy" a rest when I'm not working (we will be working long days). I can't wait to actually have some quiet vegging out time without worrying about my report.

    Hello Linda, :j:j
Long time no see (although to be honest you're a bit of a blur!)

List of things in house - food to cook, food that doesn't need cooking, ginger nuts, coke.

What's missing - chocolate. No chocolate :( (that was a hell of an oversight).

Butti - can I tempt you into chocolate coated dried mango? If so PM me your addy and call it a down payment against the pint I owe you :D

I need to hit the post office tomorrow anyway. If you prefer different choc I could look in the supermarket tonight - I need to go as my mum has placed her order for shopping to collect and post to her (things she cannot send my dad to fetch).

    Evening all.

I have had Asda Indian takeaway in a bag and as soon as DD and DS1 get home from youthclub I am going to have a very large glass of very cold white wine.

    Sounds good to me :)
Got an appointment tomorrow to check progress so I think I'll get the taxi driver to drop me at Sainsburys down the road and I'll get a bit of fresh air. The last few weeks have taught me that one of the advantages of having temporary blurry vision is the inability to be intimidated by groups of teenagers. They just look like a group of trees until the last minute!
