Help with LHA - Living with partners parents

Dmg is right.

I live with my OH's parents and pay rent. I'm not eligible for LHA, but I can afford the rent (£200 PCM) so it doesn't really affect me that much. I can see how it could affect someone who can't afford it though.

Yep.
OH and I are LTAHAW which in effect means that the DWP class the situation as if we are living with my parents. OH and I are engaged so they will be my in-laws soon anyway.:)2019 Wins
