3 - Do I need both "Internet Monthly" and "Broadband Lite" add on?

Hi there,
I'm a new 3 PAYG user, on my iPhone 3G.
Basically I'm going to be away from home for a short time, which necessitates using my iPhone as a modem for my laptop over a 10 day period.
I will also like to keep the capability of using internet on my iPhone too.
Can I just buy the "Broadband Lite" option and do both (use internet on phone, as well as using iPhone as modem), or do I need to buy both add-ons?
Will be grateful for any advice!
