help wanted for tesco payg best deals and cheap phone

hi everyone,
i need mega help, i want to buy my sister a small present:) of a tesco pasyg mobile phone so she can do her text comps with the triple your credit. she's not on tesco phone and does not live near a tesco,:mad: so i thought what a great pressie, i want just a cheap phone nothing fancy coz she's only using it for comps. i will start it off with some credit so it's already for using. so all you clever people out there what's the best deal you can find me on the phone and as i am toping it up to start off with and will be doing so every month will i get to keep the points? my sister will give me the money to top up and i shall just do it for her. thank you all in advance:T
