No, I went in and calmly stated that the laptop was only just 7 months old but had an unreadable screen.
The CS rep looked at it and said it may probably be a cabling fault as the screen flickered when moved. So it has been sent off for assessment/repair.
We will see if they subsequently try to claim the problem is due to "damage" but otherwise it looks like the CS is OK so far, fingers crossed...I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0
