You may want to look into Ekit. Also, Tuyo mobile sim card is a good option with very cheap international call rates. Check ebay for this.

Using your mobile or mobile number, if you just want to use your mobile then buy a PAYG on ebay before you go, i do it every time i go, there is a good thread above about using your phone abroad

I am also interested in something like this....thanks for that info....could you tell me if you can call mobiles to the uk and to mobiles in spain from this in the usa and if so will they incur any charges...thanks.
