moby phone scams
Watch out for a message from a company called TXTstar saying that they have sent your music download and charged you £4.50 they also give a customer services phone number which you are to ring if the download doesn't arrive which it probably won't
WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T RING THAT NUMBER
It could be a high cost premium rate number
as far as I can find out the £4.50 does not get charged but they hope you will ring them up to either complain or to ask where the download is.
also I rang my T MOBILE cus.ser dept. and they knew about it but would like any new scams reporting to them
