Two O2 contract, 1 ending want to t/f No

Hi

Can anyone help with this.

Got 2 mobiles on O2 and 1 is ending. Is there anychance I can change the 1st number over to the 2nd phone contract that I am keeping?

    You could ask O2 CS, if they say no then. . .

    Ask for the pac code for the first number. Move that to another networks payg. Get the pac code for that one. Give O2 that pac code and move the number to your second O2 phone. Done.

    You have to go that way as you can't use a pac code to move a number on the same network, it has to go somewhere else first.

    I have an payg orange sim so could transfer to them and then ask orange for a pac then go back to O2.

    Nice one. May take a week or so but will orange charge me for a pac to transfer back? And would they allow me to transfer after a few days?

    No network is allowed to change for issuing a pac, so you're safe there.

    The Orange rep stated on here a while ago you could port into Orange in the morning and request your pac in the afternoon, so that sounds like your best bet.
