1 Business or 20 Personal Contracts
Apologies if this has been addressed before..
I am reviewing our Orange Business Mobile phone contract which will renew later this year.
Put simply - which is usually cheaper - a single negotiated business contract or multiple (20) private contracts put through each month on expenses (P11d).
I know it seems sense that the business negotiated should be cheaper but I'm not so sure..
If business is cheaper - could anyone recommend the best business negotiation route - should we use a broker? if private contacts are usually cheaper what are the potential tax/ admin implications?
A bit of background - we are an IT business - users work remotely using large data volumes and require regular call conferencing functionality between colleagues. Currently we are all using HTC HDs but interested in iPhones. We have ruled out blackberry due to dedicated email issues. We would prefer to stay with orange unless there would be a clear cost saving for moving networks. A lot of colleagues live & work in remote locations so coverage is important.
Lots of stuff there - would be really appreciative of any independent advice!
Many Thanks

Business cheaper if you go to a Business dealer, they can get you credits and extras for free.
Also you get better a 'comeback' if soemthing goes wrong. If you use a domestic acc and something happen and your phone(s) stop working, its just too bad.
If you have a Business acc then Business CS will bend over backwards to sort the problem out for you.0
