This link is very hard to find, plus the fax number on the refund form

Thanks very much.

Their online form is very easy to find and doesnt include Hotels/Taxi's etc. Very cunning!!!

Plus at the bottom it says "No changes to your request will be accepted once submitted".
Which i think would mean once you claim for flights, your bushwhacked for claiming for your hotels etc at a later date.
