Ryanair, can't find my booking, no confirmation

Hiya guys, was trying to order summer holiday flight tickets last night on Ryanair, they kept denying my card:mad: but eventually I got through to the payment pending screen, and it said "payment not confirmed" but if sucessful I would receive a "email itenary." I went into the manage my booking section and typed in the code given on that screen with my flight details and it comes up with nothing, also tried selecting option 3 manually inputting my travel dates and that comes up blank aswell. Have not received this "email itenary" it's been 8 hours now is it safe to assume the transaction not get through?
Ryanair are too much hassle won't be using them again rofl
would rather pay the extra for peace of mind! Ridiculous unfriendly website.

Sounds more like a problem with them getting your card authorised. I have booked dozens of times and never had a problem. Normally get the email almost instantly. Another possible cause is high traffic on the site due to people trying to rebook flights that have been cancelled due to volcanic ash.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

It's never safe to 'assume' anything. This website is full of people who 'assumed' something and got into the mire as a result.
Start by checking if your card has been charged or funds earmarked on it0 -

Sounds like for whatever reason, your payment didn't go through. Check your bank balance and available balance if you can, to confirm whether the money left your account or not - you'll probably find that it did not (due to card being declined, your connection cutting out during authorisation.. anything).
As long as money has not been taken, you should rebook your flights. If using the same card does not work, then you've found your problem - check that you're using the card's registered address if it's different than your current one.
