Redrose - I posted on here a couple of months back feeling really fed up, eventually I went to the docs and found out I was 'severely' anaemic. I thought it was me being a lazy so and so! I couldn't get my head round anything. Anyway, itchy fingers are back and I'm doing alot more and feeling alot better (and awake), and being retested end of October. So, take care of yourself and don't blame yourself, if it continues get yourself checked out.
    regards

We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.

Sorry you are feeling so low at the moment.

I struggle with alot of things as i am not what i would call a typical housewife (i know there is no such thing LOL) i HATE cleaning, i love to bake but HATE cooking in general, i LOVE being organised but prefer being the thinker rather than the one who does the practical side.

But i do have a good routine, usually, and a VERY helpful OH. However he is in the process of changing his job which means i am faced with having to do things i normally don't and i am really trying to give myself a bit of a kick:rolleyes:

I can't focus if my home is messy or dusty, it even gets to the point that it can make me ill, mess literally gives me migranes:o and i can't sleep if my bedroom is untidy but sometimes finding the energy is impossible.

At the moment my main problem is that all the children are off school, my routine no longer exists, my home is NEVER tidy and my OH is rarely home so my stress levels are sky high:eek: and there is nothing i can do about it except count down the days until they are back at school;)

Guess what i will spend the first week of september doing:rotfl:

Going to the doctor could help, make sure you are eating well, getting a good sleep, get plenty of fresh air (i always find a walk out in a park does me a world of good) and as others have said do a little here and there.

Thanks for all the advice you lot have givin. I have started to make a list of cleaning/tidying jobs that need to be done in each room. I have given myslef 10/15 mins for each task - i know some will take longer, but i have started to top each room so the house is cleanish and tidyish - i will however when i get some time do a more detailed clean. 1 room at a time.I have been reading some of your ideas and wrote out a meal plan for this week. So i know what i will be cooking and when. (least we will get fed) I do feel much better and a little more into a routine, with things. I even went to bed with a shiny kitchen sink last night. LOL (flylady). I will get there House clean and tidy, bread in the BM, and a meal on the table. - i knew you lot would kick my bum Thanks to every one.

UPDATE - Sat 6.45pm - OH made some bread in the BM (thinks hes used it more than me ) - HM pizza in the oven, Veg peeled and ready to go into the CS for tomorrows tea. House clean and tidy, and even my budget balances - what a difference a day makes. PS DD loves the banana bread i cooked yesterday. So feeling really postive now.

Thanks again to everyone on here
