    This is about consensus government, you idiot. Every party has 'lost' this election, it's just that the Conservatives are the biggest party. Use your single brain cell before making snide comments like that! :mad:

    PR is not on the agenda. AV is not a form of PR, it's merely an adjustment of the 'first past the post' system which ensures that a party needs at least 50% of votes in order to win a given constituency. Instead of voting for one candidate alone, you have a first preference, a second, a third and so on.
