orange network issue

have been told having asked that my local reception drops to no network at home, which means i can't use my inclusive minutes and therefore increase cost in BT bills

is there anything i can do to complain and maybe seek some refund or reduced plans etc.?

Network is generally guaranteed at your home address where the contract was taken out (so if you moved house then no).
However a term in contracts is that mobiles are not guaranteed to work inside buildings because buildings do a great deal of signal blocking due to their materials. So if your phone works outside your house then again, probably not.

If it is a recent drop it maybe a maintenance issue, give orange a call and they should be able to check the mast, or send someone into your area to test the outside signal.
