Need internet connection asap

My daughter & son-in-law want a connection to the internet asap and they don't mind who it is as long as it is reliable and under £15 per month. Six months ago they had BT install a landline telephone and I assume they are tied down for 12 months. If so, there's no way BT could provide the connection for this amount. (Yes I've seen their ads, but when you read the *, after three months they up the premium.
Does anyone know of a provider that would act quickly and provide this service for their outlay?
PS, they have been using a 3 dongle but need something quicker/more reliable.

Whats available to them depends on where they live and what exchange they are connected to.

That link doesn't help, as we don't know your postcode. Either post your samknows results or the name of the exchange.
Broadband is exchange specific, so it's not possible to make general recommendations. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Unfortunately my knowledge of the internet is quite low, but what I am able to grasp at my late age in surfing (70) is sufficient to tide me over and suppose will remain at this. Talk of statistics, speed, downloads etc goes way over my head. Were I to be many years younger or able to attend courses for oap's taking up the internet, then maybe I would know about such things. Maybe whenever I post in future, I should ensure every subject, irrespective of what it is, should be placed in the "Over 50's" category, or maybe we should have one for those over 70.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Didn't mean to cause offence, just Mr Coffee and me having a bit of fun.
I am a pensioner myself.
If you can find out what exchange your relatives are on we can do a search on Samknows for their broadband options.
Router Line statistics give a simple overview of the state of the link between your property and the telephone exchange. You can find out how to measure them here if you wish.

Basically type your postcode here: www.samknows.com/broadband/search.php and tell us what exchange you are on. We will then be able to advise you on the best value deal.0
