Solicitors Letter

I have received a letter from a solicitor representing my sons former landlord demanding I pay a large sum of money, within 21 days. The letter states that I stood as guarantor if he defaulted. I did sign as guarantor for one year in 2002. A new tenancy agreement was signed by my son on a year by year basis, thereafter.…
