I've had the same problem with them too. You do surveys and don't get the points and now they even only offer you half the points they used to for the same length of survey! (That's if you even get the points).

Complete waste of time.

Had the same problem getting in touch too Frankie. Have stopped using the site as it's a rip off in my view.

Mysurvey used to be a good site when I first joined, but now they've started kicking me off surveys after 30 minutes (it wasn't because I incorrectly answered a quality control question wrong - the survey just stopped), not sending me the voucher I redeemed and links to surveys don't work or you get error messages in a foreign language (German I think). I have emailed many times and not been replied to. I would advise people to approach joining Mysurvey with extreme caution.

This panel has now gone over to My Surveys. It is virtually impossible to access this site. I have been attempting to do so for
the past two months.
I have just received an enmail from My surveys, to tell me to access the site with an email address that I had over two years ago.
You can certainly try. If you have any luck, please let me know.

For me my survey are much better than lightspeed, I qualify for more surveys and get paid far quicker so more than happy since they merged accounts.

how does getting payed via paypal work? i got an email saying order complete so when will i get the payment?

You'll get another email when the money goes into your paypal. It often takes 3-4 days, but usually no more than 2 working weeks.

On another point. Has anyone downloaded the NetPulse software yet? And how long did it take for you to get the first lot of points added?
