Contract Expiring Help !!!
Hi
My wife's contract is about to expire vodafone phoned her up and she's accepted their offer of £20 per month instead of £40 per month, My question is they said she could cancel this within 7 days is this correct ?? and if whe have'nt agreed a new contract with vodafone what happens does it just continue on a rolloing contract as my wife is scared of losing her mobile number !!!!
(I would like to cancel what she's accepted by vodafone because i belive i can get her a better deal )
Many thanks

You have 7 days to change your mind.
If you do, the old contract turns into a 30 day rolling one until you either upgrade of leave.
Bare in mind you can't start talking about a new deal until they have the new phone booked back in which can take a week or more sometimes.0 -
Are you sure it was vodafone? Genereally the network will not call you to offer you a lower price unloess you've contacted them first. Why should they if your happy paying why offer a reduced bill?
It may just be a 3rd party signing you up and nothing to do with vodafone. It may be genuinely vodafone it may not.0
