I agree with you Dave. Lidl flour is brilliant. I have had mixed results with other types of flour but with theirs it is always consistently good. I use 400g of flour in a medium loaf in my panasonic. It works out at 13p-worth of flour per loaf!
My advice would be, if things aren't quite right, change something and have another go. try slightly less water, etc. Once you get it right you won't go back to shop bought bread.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

please help me someone - I cant work out how to remove the bread tin from in it and I'm scared I'll break it
thanksAuntie Savingsgirl 24/9/06 :j0 -
I just pulled it up with the handle, one side at a time. It was very stiff, but I don't think you could break it.
Good luck.0 -

:rotfl: well what should we expect for £14.99? :rotfl:
Also, have you read some of the points on page 6 of the manual?
41. If you'd rather tear a bit off, smoother it in butter, and eat it hot, hold a bit of kitchen towel under your chin, to keep the drips off your clothes :T (thanks for the advice)
42. Don't cut the bread till you've removed the kneading arm. If the knife hits the kneading arm, you'll score the non-stick surface, you'll damage your knife AND you may even cut yourself! :rotfl:
I love the fact they give you advice and instructions like your a 4 year old!:rotfl:

I use a plastic spatula to slice down between the bread pan and the bread to make sure its loose and then shake the pan upside down. The loaf comes out then. I wouldn't dare put a metal knife anywhere near it.0
