Dialaphone Question - should I get an email order confirmation?

Hi,

Ordered off them yesterday, they said on the phone the mobile would be delivered tomorrow. Yet to hear anything via email and slightly concerned as all the way through the order process the operator kept saying how the system was slow and playing up, so would be nice to see the order is definitely in the system.

Has anyone ever ordered off dialaphone and if so can you remember if they emailed any confirmation or anything?

Note that items ordered can be processed and despatched separately from each other to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible. Any update messages from us will detail which items they relate to.

I figured out the problem, they had spelt my email address incorrectly. I logged on via their website and could see the mails there.

Sadly it read that they had some issues with the delivery date so it was being put back a day.

As I cant see the phone on their site anymore I think they are probably out of it, so may well be telling porkies about the new delivery date too.

They didn't spell your email address wrong, you did when you typed it in on your order.

Delivery dates usually depend on time of day you order. Later in day after 4pm, you are likely to have to wait another day.

In any case, they will send out a dispatch of phone email (and thats normally in late afternoon from my experience).

If you can't see the phone deal, it can be down to them updating their offers.

Or they spelt my email address wrong when I ordered it over the phone, and my email address, which has a pretty simple word in it, they spelt differently from the way the dictionary does....

So now they have emailed that I passed the credit check, that the order has been successfully processed and that the order is going to be dispatched soon. However the status of the order has changed from being processed or something to "ATP Failed".

Who knows what is going on. I would be surprised if the phone is with me when they say it will, tomorrow. Hopefully I am wrong to doubt them on this!

I have also ordered on the 11th May and the status now shows as 'ATP failed'. When i contacted the Customer service, they told that the phone is out of stock and hence the status shown.
