Not confontational?? Tut tut tut, you need to change that hun!! Confonting people for stuff is the one of the best skills to have under your belt!! From discounts to complaints, it's a necessity.

I very nearly got in to a fight with one bloke cos he thought it would be funny to throw a banana at one of the opponents. and not cos he was hungrey! Imagine explaining that to a ten year old!!

I know, and to look at me you wouldn't think I'm a wimp! Oh well, the letter was pretty sharp in tone, even to the point of telling them they needed to retrain their staff in Customer Service skills :rotfl:
