i have just joined up to them and the customer service is appalling, the free gift offers are totally misleading, they say your free gift comes with your phone and 9 days later still no gift and it could be another week, i took the lcd tv offer ready for the world cup, its starts friday and i will not have my tv, my advice AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
