Cancelling O2 Contract
Comments
-
Strange, i asked to cancel my iPhone contract at £45 per month plus £7.50 insurance and £7.50 for unlimited texts and told them i had been offered better elsewhere. They explained that they were not offering unlimited texts on all contracts so re-imburst me for three months worth of unlimited texts and also lowered by contract to £20 a month. So im now paying £27.50 for the exact same plus my first month free.0

I called O2 yesterday to cancel my contract and have never been offered so many discounts in my life. Got an Iphone for £25, a discount of £8pm on my tariff so now get 600 mins, unlimited texts and internet and free 02 to 02 calls for £27pm. Also have the option to downgrade tariff after 9 months one level down and will have the £8pm discount off the lower tariff too. Also got 6 months free home broadband. I also mentioned about the way the last advisor spoke to me and he had a manager come on the line and officially apologise! I called at 6:30 last night and had a text at 7.20 last night saying my phone and router had been dispatched and they were delivered at 2.30 this afternoon.
I really don't know what came over the advisor I think I should have asked for a puppy as there's a good chance I would have got one!0 -
